    NEW JERSEY LAW AGAINST DISCRIMINATION

discrimination based on race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity,
religion and age.  It also protects an employee from sexual harassment in
the workplace. Discrimination can take the form of failure to promote,
failure to hire, termination, lower pay, harassment, hostile work
environment, or other differential treatment by your employer. If you have

    CONSCIENTIOUS EMPLOYEE PROTECTION ACT
The New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act protects
employees from unlawful retaliation.  A whistleblower is an employee who
reports, or threatens to report, or objects to, the unlawful activities of their
employer. An employer may not retaliate against an employee for being a
whistleblower. What this means is that an employer may not fire, demote,
or harass you, may not reduce your pay or work hours, or changes the
terms and conditions of your employment in retaliation to your
whistleblowing activities.  If you have been subjected to retaliation, your
rights may have been violated. Click here for a FREE Case Evaluation.
